Where is Rm Antiques?

We are located in California and all operations are conducted from there.

Do you ship Worldwide?

As of 2024, we ship to Japan and other countries.

If you are a resident of an EU country , please be aware that customs duties and other taxes may apply when your goods arrive. These taxes must be paid directly to the post office or delivery company upon receipt. We do not collect or pay taxes in advance.

UK and US customers , we are not currently shipping.

Payment Method

We accept major credit cards and Cashless payments.

What is the difference between vintage and antique?

The difference is the age

Vintage items are those made between 30 and 99 years ago, while antiques are those made over 100 years ago, and both have collectible value and artistic value.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Please contact us. We may be able to order it for you.

Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. Please note that in the case of unavoidable circumstances, a cancellation fee (15%) will be charged.

Is it possible to add items or place them on hold after placing an order?

Adding items after placing an order is possible within 24 hours of the initial order. Unfortunately, we do not offer item holds. However, it is possible to delay the shipping date due to receiving circumstances.

AFTER ORDERING

I placed an order but haven't received an automatic reply email

The email address may be incorrect.

If you do not receive the automated email within 5 minutes, it may have ended up in your spam folder or there may be a server error, so please check.
If you use free email, especially Gmail or Hotmail, your email may end up in the spam folder.
Also, depending on your settings, our e-mails may be deleted immediately without going into your spam folder. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set your e-mail settings to allow reception of e-mails from our domain, "rm-boutique.com".

My package was returned to the sender. What should I do?

If you enter an incorrect address or are unable to collect your parcel from the post office within the deadline, it will be returned to us.

In this case, we will process the reshipment. Shipping charges will be charged at actual cost, and the item will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

If you use USPS or UPS and are unable to resend the item due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the amount minus a 15% administrative fee and ACTUAL shipping costs we paid.

If you use the international Letter Pack Plus and your Letter Pack is returned, and you do not request reshipment for more than one month, the item will be considered abandoned. Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.

My package never arrived or was damaged.

USPS and UPS usually take 1-2 weeks, but may take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Regular shipping does not include loss insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.

If you choose a shipping method that includes insurance, we will guarantee the full purchase price.

Please contact us at info@rm-boutique.com with photos of all packaging (packaging, etc.).

We will pack any damaged items securely in air cushions before shipping them out.

Defective and incorrect products

Only damaged or incorrect products will be accepted.
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns after 3 days or without contact.


We also do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

Many of our products are vintage and antique, and occasionally have rust or dirt. We try to provide as much detail as possible in the product description, but please understand that this is also a unique feature of antique and vintage items before placing an order.
